Protecting your personal data is important to me.
Below you will find information about the type, scope, and purpose of the processing
of personal data on this website.
1. Data Controller
Mira Anders (pseudonym for Marion Anderle)

81829 Munich
Germany
📧 Email: kontakt@mira-anders.de
2. General Information on Data Processing
I take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
Your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
Personal data is any information that can be used to personally identify you.
3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
When visiting this website, general information is automatically collected
(e.g. browser type, operating system, time of access).
This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity
and is used solely for statistical evaluation and to improve the website.
If you contact me by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your request.
This data will not be passed on to third parties.
4. Cookies and Analytics Tools
This website does not use tracking or analytics tools.
Only technically necessary cookies are used,
which are required for the operation of the website.
5. File Downloads and Statistical Tracking
Some files (e.g. free activity pages or additional materials related to my books)
are available for download on this website.
To understand which content is particularly popular,
I use the plugin Simple Download Monitor.
This plugin records only:
- the time of the download,
- the requested file,
- and the IP address in anonymized form (without personal reference).
No cookies are set and no data is passed on to third parties or stored externally.
The data is used exclusively for internal statistics to improve my content
and make popular downloads more easily accessible.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
(legitimate interest in the user-oriented optimization of my services).
6. Page Views and Visit Statistics
The plugin Post Views Counter is used to anonymously record page views.
It simply counts how often a page or post is accessed.
No personal data is stored, no IP addresses are permanently collected,
and no cookies are set.
The data is processed exclusively locally on the server and is used for internal analysis
of page reach. Data is not shared with third parties.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
(legitimate interest in a user-friendly and content-optimized website).
7. Spam Protection (WP Armour)
To protect contact forms from spam and automated submissions,
the plugin WP Armour is used.
This is a so-called honeypot method:
invisible fields are added to the form that are only filled out by bots.
If such a field is completed, the submission is blocked.
No personal data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.
Processing takes place exclusively on the local web server.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in spam prevention).
8. Email Delivery (WP Mail SMTP)
For secure email delivery via this website, I use the plugin WP Mail SMTP.
This plugin forwards messages from the contact form via an external SMTP service using encryption,
in order to improve deliverability.
Only the data entered in the form (e.g. name, email address, message) is processed.
Data is stored only if you contact me by email.
Transmission is encrypted via TLS and is used solely for communication with you.
The data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
9. Contact Form (WPForms Lite)
The contact form on this website uses the plugin WPForms Lite.
All entered data (e.g. name, email address, message) is transmitted to me in encrypted form.
The forms are additionally protected against spam by WP Armour.
The transmitted data is used exclusively to process your inquiry.
Data is stored only if you contact me; it is not shared with third parties.
10. Rights of Data Subjects
- Right of access to stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure of stored data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
You may contact me at any time by email to exercise these rights.
11. SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content.
You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I reserve the right to update this privacy policy in the event of changes to the website
or new legal requirements.
The current version is always available on this page.
